2. Upon GooGoo's warranty expiry, customers will have to liase with Distributor for warranty claims.
3. Manufacturer's warranty supercede GooGoo's warranty.
4. All Goods sold remains the property of GooGoo Custom Computers until full payment is made.
5. Interest of 2% per month will be impose on overdue payment.
