Our Return Policy

	PC System If any parts due to manufacturing defect occurs during the first 30 days from the date of invoice. Customers are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price less 10% for handling charges. Alternatively, customers can request for on-site warranty for the parts to be replace at no additional charges within the first 30 days.

	PC Components All PC components carry local distributor's warranty; conditions of each item’s warranty are shown on GooGoo Custom Computers’ product details and printed on invoice. All components are tested before delivery unless requested otherwise. Tested components which malfunction within 30 days of delivery warrant a 1-1 exchange inlcusive of scratches found on it. All PC Components sold are not refundable.

	Notebook GooGoo does not cover any warranty for Notebooks sold. Customers are advised to contact notebook manufacturers for warranty claims. All Notebooks sold are not refundable.

Cancellation of Order

There will be no charges if cancellation of order occurs before confirmation. However, a charge of 10% from the total price purchased will be levied on the customer if order is cancelled after confirmation of order.
