Delivery Time

We operate through delivery and pickup only. We deliver to Singapore address only. Our delivery service hours are:

Monday - Friday : 9am - 8pm
Saturday : 9am - 1pm
(No delivery on Sunday and Public Holidays)

Delivery Lead Time for PC system

GooGoo Custom Computer usually deliver all built to order systems within 3-5 business days. A confirmation call will be made to customer before we start our workflow.

Day 1
After an order has been received, we will check the order against our inventory. If parts that you specify is not included in our stock list, we will try our very best to source for it.

Day 2
Once the parts acquisition is complete, we will start to assemble you computer system.

Day 3
Deliver the system to your doorstep.

Delivery Lead Time for Components

GooGoo Custom Computer usually deliver all components within 1-3 business days. A confirmation call will be made to customer before we start our workflow.

Day 1
After an order has been received, we will check the order against our inventory. If Components that you specify is not included in our stock list, we will try our very best to source for it.

Day 2
Test and deliver the Component to your door-step.

Delays

There are two common scenarios that can delay our delivery time:

1. Failure to source the product you specified
2. A supply problem with back order parts may also cause a delay to your order.

Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the lead time, however we strive to achieve it 100% of the time. We do not issue refunds or discounts if we deliver your computer system more than the stipulated time frame. In some circumstances, we will even offer free upgrade rather than let your order be delayed.
